I've spent the last 5 holiday seasons tracking down pagan songs for Yule so that I could celebrate the season in the way that resonates with me the most, through music. When I came to find out that "The Holly & The Ivy" was originally a pagan song, I knew I wanted to record it. I hope you enjoy this cozy coffeehouse folk feel to a traditional song.
